Well it looks like its going to be another great year ahead for the Spartanburg area job growth.  With all of the many area awards for everything from schools to "quality of life" awards and high rankings yet again for "best places to live" its no wonder that large companies have been seeking to relocate or open up branch locations in this market. All of the quality of life awards and new companies moving to the area will mean WORK ....and lots of it....which will mean explosive growth over the next several years as people move in to fill those jobs.

Spartanburg Real Estate Online website is a great source for searching all of the Spartanburg MLS for homes for sale in the Spartanburg South Carolina area.  I love all of the new features and the advance MLS search options..... I would have to say that this is probably one of the BEST and most "user friendly" Real Estate website in the entire Spartanburg County Real Estate market. I was just reading an article on this site that they even have a forum on this site to discuss things...nice!

Well it looks like things are still going well here in the Spartanburg area...of course not as well as in the last couple of years but what real estate market is right?  Consider this...The Spartanburg homes for sale are still very affordable compared to many of the surrounding areas such as Greenville and if your looking for land for sale then look no further than 5 to 10 mins north of Spartanburg and you will find great mountain views along with great schools and all at very reasonable prices!
